Rewari: A Haryana Police head constable committed suicide by hanging himself. The duty of the deceased policeman named Manoj was in the Rewari bus stand post. Manoj’s body was found hanging in a hotel room in front of the bus stand on Saturday afternoon. After the information, the police reached the spot and started the investigation of the case.
According to the information, Manoj, who was working as a head constable in Haryana Police, was a resident of Mahendragarh district, who was on duty at the bus stand post of Rewari city. In the morning Manoj came on duty, after which Manoj went to rest in room number 105 of RR Hotel in front of the bus stand.
When Manoj did not come to the post till noon, the outpost in-charge sent a policeman to call Manoj. Where even after knocking on the door many times, Manoj did not open the door. After which, on looking through the window, it was found that Manoj’s body was hanging from the noose. After which the incident was reported to the higher officials.
Model Town Police Station Police and DSP Jamal Mohammad reached the spot, then the door was opened. It is not yet known why Manoj committed suicide. Police say that the matter is being investigated. The forensic team has collected evidence from the spot and the CCTV footage has also been taken by the police. In such a situation, it will be clear only after the police investigation that why the policeman committed suicide.
