New Delhi: Rohini Court here sent two of assault on Shraddha murder accused Aftab to judicial custody on Tuesday morning.
When Aftab was taken for a polygraph test at the forensic lab, five people attacked the Delhi Police van with swords while Aftab on November 28. The police caught two of the attackers on the spot. Delhi Police requested the magistrate to present them through video conferencing on the night of November 28. Both were produced before the judge through video conferencing. The court ordered both the attackers to be sent to judicial custody.
A case has been registered against Aftab’s attackers at Prashant Vihar police station under the sections of obstructing government work, assault, rioting, using a deadly weapon and unlawful assembly.
