Shraddha Murder Case: Accused’s narco test to be held on Dec 1

Bombay Tribune, New Delhi: The Saket Court has granted permission to conduct a narco and polygraph test of Shraddha’s murder of accused Aftab on December 1 and 5. Metropolitan Magistrate Aviral Shukla ordered the probe of Delhi Police’s application.

The court, on November 26, sent Aftab to judicial custody for 14 days. The Saket court, on November 21, had given permission to conduct a polygraph test on the accused Aftab. Prior to that, Saket court had ordered a narco test.

On Monday, the Delhi Police van carrying the accused to the forensic lab was attacked with swords. The police caught two of the attackers on the spot. The Delhi Police requested the magistrate to produce them through video conferencing on the night of November 28, after which they were produced before the judge through video conferencing on Tuesday morning. The court has ordered both attackers to be sent to judicial custody.
