New Delhi: The matter of the Shinde-Uddhav dispute over Shiv Sena of Maharashtra could not be heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, due to non-availability of Justice Krishna Murari, a member of the five-member constitution bench.

Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said that Justice Krishna Murari is unwell, due to which he could not come for the hearing.

The two sides have been fighting over party symbol and other issues since Eknath Sinde parted ways and become the chief minister of Maharashtra.
