Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra is one of the most awaited movies. Ever since the trailer launch of the movie earlier this year, it was being speculated if Shah Rukh Khan will be a part of the film. However, if reports are to be believed, King Khan will play the role of Vanar Astra in Ayan Mukherjee’s directorial.

Amid endless speculations around Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s role in the upcoming fantasy-adventure film ‘Brahmastra’, the actor’s first look from the film is finally out on social media.

In the new photos and videos shared on Twitter, one can see Shah Rukh Khan featuring in a scene from Brahmastra. He appears donning a blood-soaked tee-shirt and pants. His hair is in a disheveled state. He appears to elevate from the ground and fly mid-air, while one can see Vayu or Hanuman’s fiery silhouette shadowing his movements. While this moment does appear in the trailer for a hot second, now, fans and netizens get a closer look at SRK’s character in the film.

Vanarastra gives a person the power of a divine monkey. The trailer shows that Ranbir holds the greatest astra within himself — the ‘agni’ astra.

Meanwhile, besides Ranbir, Alia and Shah Rukh, ‘Brahmastra’ also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in key roles. The film is slated to hit the theatres on September 9 in five languages.
