Union Commerce and Industries minister Piyush Goyal on Friday emphasised the need for concerted efforts by all sections of people to achieve the goal of making India a developed country by 2047. He said students and younger generation has to play a key role for this.
Delivering the first Hariprasad G Badruka memorial lecture in Hyderabad, he said the fruits of the development should be ensured to reach the last person in the society. He said developed nation dream will be realised only when all sections and all regions develop. Stating that there is a lot of change in people’s standard of living since 2014, he said programmes like Swachh Bharat created awareness among people. He said India is going gain its past glory and pride and he asked youth to play key role for the same.
