Bangladesh PM to offer flowers at Ajmer dargah on Sept 8

Ajmer: Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will present flowers of Aqeedat at the shrine of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti in Ajmer on September 8. The preparations for this proposed Ajmer travel has been started in full swing. A delegation of Bangladesh government is coming to Ajmer to take stock of all the security arrangements from the district administration.

The proposed Ajmer visit of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is considered important in the current foreign policy and political scenario. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina believes in Sufi saint Khwaja Garib Nawaz. She has come to Ajmer twice in the past. The district administration officials also met Khuddam-e-Khwaja associated with the dargah of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti and the traditional Khadim of Sheikh Hasina. The organisation of the dargah, Anjuman and Arjahaniya Committee has also talked to the dargah. Instructions have been given to make full preparations when Sheikh Hasina reaches the dargah.

Apart from this, it has been asked to finalise the arrangements, medical and health department to make all arrangements before the journey, municipal corporation to keep cleanliness and other arrangements fine. The District Collector directed the Public Works Department to rectify all the routes of the visit in coordination with the Municipal Corporation. Similarly, the Dargah Committee and other departments have also been asked to keep the preparations complete.

Superintendent of Police Chunaram Jat, Additional District Collector Administration Kailash Chandra Sharma, Additional District Collector Shah Bhavna Garg, Protocol Officer Alok Jain, Sub Divisional Officer Mahavir Singh, CMHO Dr Anuj Kumar Pingolia and other officers are coordinating with the officers of Bangladesh Government delegation.
