New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Tuesday on the holy occassion of ‘Akshay Tritiya’ and ‘Parshuram Jayanti’, extended greetings to the citizens.
While wishing ‘Akshay Tritiya’, Modi wished for prosperity in everyone’s lives. He tweeted, आप सभी को अक्षय तृतीया की ढेरों शुभकामनाएं। Best wishes on Akshaya Tritiya. I pray that this special day brings prosperity in everyone’s lives.
Modi wished citizens on the birth anniversary of Lord Vishnu’s 6th incarnation, Lord Parshuram, complimenting the Hindu deity saying he is known for being kind and compassionate but at the same time for being valerious and brave.
He tweeted, देशवासियों को परशुराम जयंती की ढेरों बधाई। भगवान परशुराम दया और करुणा के साथ ही अपने शौर्य और पराक्रम के लिए पूजनीय हैं। (Translation: Many congratulations to the countrymen on the occasion of Parshuram Jayanti.
